📚'RUNNING WILD' 📚
Is the 3rd full length romance book in K.A. Tuckers's 'Wild' series.
I can't gush about this series enough, If you've not read them, but have thought about reading this series, don't think about it, #1click it seriously you won't regret it. It's unique, it's set in Alaska, and you can't help but be drawn into the storyline and love these characters as they live their day to day lives in an unforgiving wilderness.
3 in a row, 5 star after 5 star! I can not get enough of this series! This threw out all those mushy feels us romance readers chase, a high I only get from my books and this book threw them out in spades.
I'm not going to lie, I was apprehensive going into this as I didn't really connect with Marie in the previous books, so I tiptoed in, apprehension gnawing at my insides, but god only a few chapters in and I grew to love her character, I saw her in a new light, and I couldn't help but connect with her.
Marie is so relatable, as friends and siblings fall in love, get married, get pregnant, Marie's biological clock is ticking away in the background as she slowly creeps towards her forties. Love evading her when it wasn't reciprocated has left her vulnerable and lonely, uncertain if love will come knocking on her door. A veterinarian who takes her job seriously and has no limits when it comes to caring for the four legged animals that come through her clinic.
Tyler Brady is the ruggedly handsome stranger in town, these two don't have a smooth first meet, a man holding onto a life he never wanted to say goodbye to has come to Alaska for a fresh start, to heal, to not be reminded of what he's lost.
