Normally it takes me a while to warm up to characters, or get into a storyline, but this book pulled me instantly, that pull tugged on my very being, the raw emotional high octane storyline had me sitting on the edge of my seat each time they were in danger of being eliminated. 'The Gauntlet' isn't just one race, this has six levels of pure evil.
An action packed storyline that threw out gut wrenching twists, characters used as pawns pitted against each other in a blood thirsty game to the death. Where loyalties are tested, blood is shed, but where love blossomed in the thrill of the hunt.

These two were dynamite 🧨 where so many others underestimated her due to being a female, he saw her defiance, her strength, her will to live, the fire streaming in her veins. Together they were a force to be reckoned with. Death traps at the ready to take them out.
