'WASTE MY TIME'
Is Easton and Kennedy’s book, spoken in 'dual perspectives' and is the last book of the North Haven University series.
I don't want to go into this review too much because it's one where I think you need to go in blind so for that very reason this will be as spoiler free as I can make it.
As we'd seen in the previous book Easton had overcome so much, from his addiction to fighting his demons, but can he overcome a relationship that's crashing down around him day by day?
A break up which was on the cards..
I wasn't sure if they could get back to how they were, I couldn't put it down, I needed to know what the outcome was going to be, this was like watching a table tennis match play out in front of me, with the push and pull, the too and fro that occurred had me chasing that angsty feeling like a woman on crack. It was raw, real, and so heartbreaking at times.
Easton is floundering, trying everything in his power to make things right, to try and fix what is broken. But Kennedy is hurting and isn't going to let him off the hook so easily. He has a lot to prove.
Then I was hit with the feels and they kept me in their grip until the very end. This was the perfect ending to the perfect series and I'm so excited to see what books we see from this author in the future. But throughout his intentions are pure and come from the heart.
