Once this landed on my kindle I was off like a rocket to the beach away from social media, away from all distractions, inhaling, devouring, loving every word, getting swept away on a sea of angst. It felt like the author was playing target practice on my heart, no bandaid could fix the damage caused. A roller coaster that never ended. This book, her words packed a punch, this book was her best to date!!

When I said I was ready for this it was one big fat lie!! I was not ready!!
Nothing could've prepared me for the angst, the heartache, the turmoil this played on my mind, those angsty stabby feels left me breathless, the twists and turns this book threw at me left me floundering in it's wake, nothing prepared me for what was thrown my way!!
I felt like a survivor in a world torn country, everywhere I looked there was devastation, this book put me through the wringer, the too and fro as their tumultuous relationship played ping pong on my heart, this author pulled out all the stops!! And this is why I love her books so much!! Even though I didn't want to feel everything I felt, there was no escape!! She held me captive until the very end!!
