Spoiler free Review...I'm not even going to go into the plot..
Unique, unputdownable, utterly unexpected! This book bypassed 5 stars and landed on my 2020 favourite book shelf! Highly recommend!!
I went into this unknowingly not knowing what to expect, I gulped at the vast amount of pages ahead of me, but with hand on heart that had no consequence as I started reading because straight away I was pulled in. Straight away I fell in love wholeheartedly with the storyline. The writing was brilliant. The execution was astounding. These characters were everything. And I mean everything!!
This book is going to be a hard book to top!!
Don’t be fooled by the genre this falls under (historical), it’s as dark and gritty as you could ask for. This ticked all my boxes! This is how a unique, otherworldly, outstanding book should be written and this author delivered it in spades. This is her best work to date!! This went above and beyond anything I could’ve expected! And this author did not hold back!
This was dark, gritty, beautiful, emotional, with nail biting goodness that had me sitting on the edge of my seat numerous times. My emotions were frayed but I wouldn't change a thing about this story!!
If you love your heroines feisty, then look no further than Bennet! She's strong, a mouth on her like sailer, a pirate, a fighter, a lover, a killer. I just adored her!!
And OMG these two men you are going to encounter holy moly a nun would have trouble holding onto her virtue with these two!! Get ready to be claimed!!
God I hope we see more of this world by this author because this book was just epicly good!! Go in blind, I guarantee you will love this book as much as I did!! Highly recommend!! I can't gush about this book enough!! Crazy loved it!!
