❥ REVIEW ❥ ECHO BY SEVEN RUE

TITLE: Echo
GENRE: Reverse Harem Age Gap Novel
AUTHOR: Seven Rue
PUBLICATION: August 4th, 2020

— BLURB
No one would be looking for me. Or so I thought.

I ran away from the vile man my mother left me with, hoping to start over again in a different town.
But deep in the Alaskan wilderness, where I chose to run off to, there wasn’t a place I could settle down.

After days of walking and getting lost, I found shelter in a cabin, far away from civilization.

Until one day, they arrived.

Three brothers, one stronger and more complex than the other.
They let me stay, and the more time that past, the closer I got to each of them.

I soon realized that all three had an effect on me, and I couldn’t deny the feelings I felt when I was around them.
Our bond grew strong, and before leaving the cabin to go home with them, they promised me to keep me safe forever.

But when the two people I wanted to leave behind came looking for me, promising me to be a family again, I had to decide if I wanted to spend the rest of my life with them, or the three men who took care of me.

This is a reverse harem romance with age gaps up to nineteen years.

'ECHO'
Is a full length, stand-alone 'Reverse Harem, Romance Book,' by new to me author Seven Rue. Multiple POV's.

Loved the cover, then onto the synopsis, what's not to love about mountain men, not one, not two but three!!

What a hot little number this one turned out to be, after seeing it making its rounds on IG I had to race off to Amazon and #Oneclick and I'm so glad I did. This pulled me in as soon as I start, beyond unique and so easy to connect with the storyline and all characters, this definitely won't be the last book I read by this author.

First we meet eighteen year old Echo, mute but not deaf, due to the loss of her vocal cords from a lump found at birth but uses sign language to communicate effectively. Her silence speaks volumes. Making a decision to run away from her abusive homelife she takes off barefoot into the wilderness after walking miles she stumbles across a remote hunters cabin deep in the woods and completely isolated off the beaten track, and takes shelter eating what little rations were available.

After a few days three good looking mountain men (Willem, Summit and Nordin) turn up, hunters by trade, one of them can do sign language and it doesn't take them long to discover why she's holed up in their cabin.

Willem: 37
Nordin: 35
Summit: 33

It's not that unusual for a squatter to take shelter in their cabin but they are surprised when it's a beautiful young woman that meets them at the door. It's not long before these three gruff men take her under their wings, they protect her, care for her, and in the end they love her.

The scenes were hot, these alpha men had me gasping for more, from gruff to sweet, to swooning, to loving each one individually. I couldn't get enough of them!!
