When I first saw this pop up on Facebook I couldn’t wait to get my hands on it come release day! Beyond excited. Inhaled in no time at all!
The story opens up with Hailey’s overprotected father having just passed away. She was never allowed to leave their four acre property, always sheltered and protected, like Rapunzel up in her tower, but she knew where to avoid the booby traps her father had set up. Life has changed and Hailey knows she needs a man to keep her safe in this dangerous world. Jumping in with both feet she approaches Boss aka Levi with an offer he can't refuse. She had seen him numerous times from her bedroom window. And she needed him to become her new protector, and in exchange she’ll be become his woman. He's the leader of a local biker group who live in a motel within the community nearby.
This was a perfect Sunday lazy day read! I was getting cocooned in those feels and wanted to stay there longer.
