Is the second full length, dark romance book in the series 'Deadly Virtues' by Tillie Cole. Spoken in 'Dual Perspectives.'
Yet again Tillie has given me an unforgettable, unputdownable, unique read!
Anything by Tillie, I highly anticipate, her ability to give us unique reads is what cemented her as my unicorn author🦄.
As soon as this landed on my kindle it was game over, life was put on hold, my partners lips were put on mute, I love this sick, twisted, emotionally raw world Tillie has created, she brings these characters to life, each one broken beyond measure, their demons call to you, this book more so than the one before wrung so many emotions out of me, to say I loved it, is an understatement!
Whilst on a quest to bring down the Brethren they stumble across 6 others (Noa, Dinah, Candace, Jo, Naomi and Beth) plus one more (Priscilla) who stays out of the action, they are like themselves who had escaped from the claws of hell. Banding them all-together making them well oiled fighting machines
Diel: Is in his twenties, never been in love or kissed anyone, He's like a bomb which could detonate at any given moment, ravaged and controlled by his inner monster clawing its way up to the surface endlessly, he's uncontrollable without the electric metal collar around his neck, but it's a necessity.
Noa: Our pink haired fearless heroine, their war is done whilst cloaked in darkness, she's second in command of the Coven, a thief in the night, and is the best at what she does. She's also a Wiccan witch descendant.
The Fallen: Brethren-branded sinners who were taken away as kids and exoercised for years under the Brethren's hands.
The Coven: A sinful band of heretics. Witches, occultists, pagans and best of all, the devil's favourite whores.
