Synopsis

He was supposed to ruin her life, but he fell in love with her instead.
Killian’s entire world was turned upside down after one explosive night.
He wanted to destroy her, but now he just wants to save her.
There’s just one problem…

Killian doesn’t know how and Ainsley doesn’t want to be saved.
Ainsley is sinking deeper into her depression and she’s beginning to lose hope.
She takes the drugs to keep her up, but her self destructive habits keep bringing her down.

But now, it isn’t just about her…

Every choice that Ainsley makes affects Killian.
And she’s taking him down with her.
Like a ticking time bomb, it’s only a matter of time before their world explodes.
And when the pieces come crashing down, who will be the one to fall?

My Review
This picked up from where the previous book left off, the run down between Killian and Ezra, has Killian and Ansley seeking places to hideout incase of retaliation from Ezra's family.

Things go down a slippery slope as Killian tries his hardest to make Ansley get clean, to make her realise there's a better life out there for them, she'd nearly lost her life previously due to her life choices and he doesn't want to travel that road again.

God if you look up whiplash whilst under the influence it would most likely have these two characters mentioned, like the pervious book these two were under the influence, their relationship toxic, co-dependant on the very substances they partook in and each other. This was a train wreck and we were the passengers. And like the previous book this was quickly inhaled.

Nothing is resolved with these two which I'm guessing occurs in the next book, and be warned it does end in a cliffy which you can feel building as you race towards that last chapter.
