My Review
I'm slowly making my way through all of this authors books because she is that good!! Slow going with arc deadlines but this author quickly became one of my favourites, you never know what is going to come at you with her books, and the characters have such a way of crawling under your skin, I've loved this series from the get go, it was hard reading about a fallen comrade and even harder reading about Jackson's past, god those parts were hard to get through, I just wanted to crawl into the book and tell the author to back off and leave him alone, after I kill of the father of course!!
Cara's life with Logan was easy and anything with Jackson involved is not easy, he barely talks, so you kind of have to take him at face value, he's not an emotional wear his heart on his sleeve kind of guy either but don't let that fool you in not connecting with him because believe me you do.
I'm so glad that Easton and Rose made an appearance in this book and that they are still going strong as ever. Her books put me through the wringer, in a good way, the angst, the dark, the feels, the grit all combined make for one hell of a journey and I can't wait to jump onto the next book.

My Review
📚'LOST IN THE SILENCE'📚
Is the second full length book in author A.R. Breck's 'The Grove' series. Spoken in 'Dual Perspectives.' Picks up where the previous book left off.
God my heart went from broken to mended simultaneously, this author quickly became a favourite of mine just on this series alone.
This is a continuation of Jackson & Cara, Jackson is a shell of the guy he used to be, spiralling down a dark tunnel with no light on the horizon, it's heartbreaking to read, but it just flows so real.
I didn't know if Cara would've been able to pull him through but her strength and their love proved otherwise. But just when you think life has finished knocking them down...
Think again..
Because...This author wasn't finished with them yet.
These two were so well matched, the love in showed in his actions radiated off the pages, you could feel it, the way even in the shadows how he protected her before he even knew what love was had me reeling in his wake.

I loved this series, these characters, the grit, the feels, I’m just sad that I have to say goodbye to all of these characters.
