Is a full length stand-alone romance novel by Author B. Celeste. Flits from 'Past to Present'

'𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐢𝐭 𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐬' definitely pacts an impact with their emotional journey without giving too much away these two will make a stamp on your heart, they were so easy to relate to, to love, to connect with their struggles we had front row seats of.

Breena wasn't the broken girl she made out to be, she had so many faces she represented to the world
that it took only a select few that saw through all her hidden parts. torn between her past and present whilst striving to find happiness within herself at the same time, but it's when the past and present collide where we see the impact implode.

And then throw in our hero Sebastian he's what all us girls chase when it comes to book boyfriends, he had my heart all a flutter, he had mistakes to make up for, a big chance had to handed to him to prove that he was ready.

Both of them flawed, but together they were perfection.
