My Review
I #oneclicked this way back on release day, but wanted to hold off until the next book was nearing release. Pretty much went in blind, the only concrete detail is this is one of my favourite authors, whatever she writes I’ll read.
This took me by surprise more ways than one, there was nothing run of the mill with this book, a dead end town, once you arrive you can never leave. A bully stepbrother romance like I’ve ever read before!
Usually a genre I don’t really tend to read so maybe it was best that I didn’t read the blurb, now I’m rethinking my choice in my preferred romance genre because I really enjoyed this book! It has everything and more which I usually seek in my books.
A little bit dark , witches, ghosts, a possessed hero, murder, and a feisty heroine I loved!
This storyline made me want to visit this dark gloomy deadly town which was run by corrupt men. This ticked so many boxes.
