Straight away we jump into the 'Prologue' which kick started all the feels, it’s where we’re first introduced to twenty-nine year old Gemma who lives life to plan, a bit OCD when it comes to her lists, but sometimes plans don’t go accordingly and she finds herself alone in the world never wanting to date or get attached to another man again. I didn't want to fall in love. I didn't need a man to survive. Because the one man that was mean't to be her forever turned out to be anything but.
Zack is the hot sexy guy who served Gemma and her best friend when they frequented the bar he bartends at. Over hearing a sniper of their conversation gets him on the fast track of becoming her first guinea pig at a Bears game.

When Gemma first laid eyes on Zack: His shoulders were broad and rounded, his waist narrow, t-shirt sitting on the belt of his jeans in a way that made my next swallow harder to accomplish.
